Cedar wood or equivalent high quality specially selected timbers and pressure
treated pine are the best materials to use in the construction of
summerhouses. This is proven by hundreds of years of their continued
use as core building materials and by the many timber structures
built long ago still standing today. Whilst all our cedar is kiln
dried for maximum performance, all our pine components are pre-cut
to size and then treated in our own pressure treatment plant to
prevent any form of rot.
